What are some simple ways to better my health?
Here are some tips Lee & I use with good results.
1. Eat at home often: you control the ingredients!
2. Shop our local Farmer’s Market on Weds & Sat for fresh produce.
3. Cook! Even if it’s for 1 or 2 people. Cooking keeps your mind sharp by trying new recipes, brings back great memories & burns calories that you won’t burn at all when you just order from a menu!
For more fun…consider grilling some yummy veggies on the grill & inviting a neighbor over. Lovely after-dinner walk anyone?
