Emily Middlesworth, Executive Director - Emily works as the Executive Director for Homecare By Design, having joined Senior Home Companions in 2019. That same year she earned the company's first Circle of Excellence Award. She holds a B.S.W. from IUPUI. In her role, Emily compassionately provides families with information about the services HBD provides and how we can assist. She handles inquiry calls and schedules assessments with our Care Managers. She also oversees all HBD staff members. Emily worked as the Lead Coordinator and Care Manager at SHC prior to her current position. When not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her friends, her two dogs, attending Indiana Pacers games, and being outside.

Michael Roumbakis, Life Enrichment Coach- (“Coach”) Mike hails from Boston, MA and has been working in senior care for 37 years. He chose this field of work because of his respect for seniors, and his desire to help them enjoy their retirement years with dignity. Mike goes out of his way to makes seniors and everyone he interacts with feel like family. In his personal life, Mike has 2 children and loves to coach football, basketball, and baseball. Something Mike has learned in his work with seniors is that we will all be seniors one day, which is why he works so hard to show respect and kindness to everyone he encounters.

Ben Dillion, Vice President - Ben Dillon started his career in the healthcare industry over a decade ago and has had a passion for serving his community ever since.  Ben saw firsthand with his own grandparents the overwhelming need for exceptional caregivers with the ability to provide compassionate support to our aging population. “I don’t look at what I do as a job. Matching the best caregiver with our clients and being able to provide the high-quality care that we do is so rewarding. We don’t just provide a service- we truly impact and improve lives.” Since starting his healthcare career, Ben has served in various positions throughout the Midwest including Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Executive Director, and Director of Operations. Ben is honored to be a part of SHC and is committed to the organization's mission to create active and engaged lives through exceptional care.

David Morgan, President - David Morgan is the President of Homecare By Design. David has first-hand experience with some of the same in-home companions that provide care at Homecare By Design. Senior Home Companions, a sister company of  Homecare By Design & Angels Senior Home Solutions, provided care for his grandparents. Thanks to those dedicated and compassionate caregivers, David’s grandparents were able to enjoy a full and independent lifestyle.

Traci Goudy, RN,  Founder - Traci Goudy is a dedicated RN, who opened  Homecare By Design in 2008. Traci still contributes her knowledge and passion for seniors, as well as over 20 years of success and experience in senior services.  After the successful opening of several local senior living communities for companies such as Rosewalk Commons, Green Tree Assisted Living, and University Place, Traci found the next natural step was to open her own business. After starting up a local home health company with a business partner, she founded her own private duty home care agency, Homecare By Design. In 2021 she transitioned the company over to Senior Home Companions.
